Car Loan No Credit
A car loan, no credit can sometimes be harder than if you had bad credit, but it can still be done and to get the best possible deal you need to know some things first.
Every lender will view your lack of financial history differently, so try not to be too discouraged by any rejections. You should try to look for financing at a credit union or bank you are a member of and at online lenders. I usually recommend finding five companies to compare rates and terms and get the best deal. When you shop around you avoid buyers remorse because you know you looked and got the best deal available to you. Your rates will be higher than if you had a good score.
Of course, if you make all your payments on time then in the future this will no longer be a problem for you.
Make sure you have steady employment going for you. Your income is proof you have a means of making the payments every month and is the best thing you have going for you.
If you're looking for a car loan, no credit can be a problem. Other than having strong finances otherwise, there are a few other options to help you get financing, and a lower interest rate. If you have someone with a strong financial history in your life who will cosign for you this will greatly help your situation. Or, if you have something to offer the lender for collateral. This could be real estate, a vehicle, jewelry, or other collectible item. If you fail to make monthly payments they will repossess the collateral to make up the money you owe.
Your other option is to take six months to a year, get a secured credit card, and improve your score. This, obviously will put a hold on your plans.
Whatever your decide to do make sure you shop around and read the terms before signing anything for you car loan, no credit.
