Guaranteed Car Loan
A guaranteed car loan can be widely found on the internet, but there are still some requirements, and some things to consider.
The general requirements at all companies are fairly basic, but still important. You need to be at least 18 years old, a citizen of the country you re applying in, and not currently in the middle of filing bankruptcy. If you've already discharged, or dismissed, you are fine. You also have to have income. Without employment no one will offer you any financing, and you would probably only end up in financial trouble anyhow because you could not make payments without income. Now that you've decided you qualify, let's look at whether this is something you really want to do.
When you have bad credit it can be hard getting your applications approved, which is probably why you are now looking for a guaranteed car loan. No matter what your history is, you will get financing and drive away very quickly. The problem is that you will be paying for this convenience. Guaranteed deals do have higher rates and other fees attached to them. It is extremely important to read the terms over carefully to be sure you fully understand all the fees you will be paying. These fees mean it will take you longer to pay off the car and you will not be able to afford as much to make room in your budget for the fees.
I would recommend taking a look online at various offers before deciding on one company so you can find the best terms possible. I generally recommend comparing five companies. Also, if you can afford to wait before making any purchase, I recommend trying to clean up your credit to improve your lending options. With an improved score you won't need a guaranteed car loan and can instead try more traditional, lower interest financing options. Get a copy of your credit report and correct any possible mistakes. If you get a secured credit card at your bank and make timely payments for at least six months this can help you improve your score. If you decide to take this path you should then apply at your local credit union, bank, or other online lenders with lower rates. Your credit will probably still be low, but an improvement should help you qualify for better terms and save you a lot of money.
The goal in all of this shopping around for the best deal is to save you money, so be sure to find the best guaranteed car loan you can.
